I watched part of Attorney General Barr's testimony yesterday. The Democrat members of the House Intelligence Committee were nothing short of deranged. They made clear that they did not summon him before the Committee to exercise its oversight authority. They brought him before the committee to berate, accuse and verbally abuse. It was shameful. A proper exercise of oversight authority would have allowed for the witness to actually answer their questions. But, in usual House Democrat fashion, it was nothing more than theater.
The level of deception and disconnection was breathtaking. They made clear that their party has been co-opted by radically violent progressives and they openly pandered to them from the chamber of the House Intelligence Committee.
