Impeachment emergency on pause. The Senate has exclusive jurisdiction over the impeachment trial. But, the House impeachment radicals endeavor to dictate the terms by which the trial is to be conducted and is attempting to exact certain promises, assurances or agreements from the Senate that will allow them to attempt to cure the evidentiary deficiencies of the current record. Consequently, Pelosi is holding the charging instrument hostage.
