State Online Voting Dashboards reported numbers that make the case, in part, for fraud. Precincts reporting in excess of 100% voter turnout and states reporting that absentee ballots in excess of the number sent out by the state were returned and counted. In PA the difference between ballots returned by the requesting voter and ballots voted is over 1,000,000 ballots. The public hearing held by the PA Senate was gut wrenching to listen to and will likely result in the PA Legislature entertaining a bill to take back the authority delegated to the Secretary of State to preside over commonwealth elections.
Growing awareness of these electronic admissions in a number of jurisdictions has resulted in states shutting down their dashboards. My guess is that the state workers simply plugged in the numbers ... and the dashboard programming facilitated the unsupervised and unreviewed calculations.
