Here is the text of the House Democrat Impeachment Resolution approved yesterday. You should read it. It vests discretionary authority in most aspects of the investigation in California Representative Adam Schiff. It absolutely does not provide for the same procedural rights historically provided the President during past impeachment inquiries and abrogates many of the Constitutional principles that have traditionally assured fair play in the pursuit of justice. This resolution only affirms what we have seen and known for three (3) years … Democrats are in pursuit of "JUST-US".
But, it is particularly important to note that the Resolution recites that:
"… the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the Committees on Financial Services, Foreign Affairs, the Judiciary, Oversight and Reform, and Ways and Means, are directed to CONTINUE their ongoing investigations as part of the existing House of Representatives inquiry into whether sufficient grounds exists for the House of Representatives to exercise its Constitutional power to impeach Donald John Trump, President of the United States of America."
I had not heard of all the other committees conducting parallel impeachment investigations. Additionally, the procedures outlined in the Resolution is for the Intelligence Committee and doesn't seem to apply to the other committees … which have and ... apparently ... will continue to operate in secret ... the hallmark of tyranny.
