After a year like 2020, it's difficult to remember that our decisions largely determine the quality of our lives. If we wait for everything to be perfect ... or limit ourselves by subscribing to the notion that "I'll be happy when" we enjoy a particular circumstance ... we will never experience real joy. Real joy is available regardless of our circumstance by and through faith in Jesus Christ. If you know Him, I hope and pray that you experience His peace that surpasses all understanding in the New Year. If you don't know Him, I pray that you seek and find Him. Understand that faith, trust, and joy are all decisions. Make a decision to accept Him, lean, trust and rely on Him and you will find joy in Him in the coming year.
