Clinical Decompensation

Times like these challenge people in many different ways. Sometimes, they rise to the occasion. Others, they "decompensate" and crumble. My news feed has 'enjoyed' a fair amount of both. But, it is the decompensation that bothers me. It's clear that those whose "Resistance" has been thwarted are using this public health crisis to find ways to assign blame and carry out their political agendas. This is not only reprehensible … but clinically problematic. It's problematic because it's indicative of a lack of empathy, compassion and impulse control. That's a bad combination. Keep your eye on those people. As time goes on … and the pressure points increase … it will only get worse.

Understand, that's not a good thing.
