I took a Kathleen Curry walk this morning. For those of you who don't know her, KC is a childhood friend (that I have not seen in years) who is a Facebook Friend. She frequently posts about her morning, afternoon, and/or evening walks and referrences her love for Fairport, the Erie Canal and the general splendor. It seems KC always has an attitude of gratitude. I decided this morning, that I would purpose to be present during my morning dog walk, enjoy the warmth of the sun on my face, and the general splendor. It was wonderful. I'm certain that KC would encourage you to do the same.
