Identifying the Problem

Let me see if I understand this correctly. It is now widely posited that you will or should have to have either the antibodies or a vaccination in order to be 'allowed' to return to work … a restaurant … and other public spaces? Is the government proposing to create a registry by collecting the DNA of every single person and creating identification cards or under the skin ID 2020 chips to track and verify? I'm sure the push for single payer government run health care is just a 'coincidence'.
